SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY MODES

Please note that Delivery is not available outside the Republic of South Africa.

Delivery services are outsourced and provided by ‘The courier guy’.

Delivery and processing fees are calculated based on delivery charges according to the package weight or quantity whichever is greater.

DELIVERY DATE

Orders placed and confirmed by 09:00 hours South African standard time will be processed on the same day, while orders placed and confirmed after 09:00 hours South African standard time on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next business day.

Business days refer to Mondays to Fridays, not including Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays in the Republic of South Africa.

OVERNIGHT courier does not apply over weekends and must be paid before 12 pm on the current day to receive the following day. 

Orders placed will be confirmed for process ONLY if payment reflects in the LA MARA bank account and we have confirmed availability of product ordered.

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, except for Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays in the Republic of South Africa.

DELIVERY & METHOD OF PAYMENT

An Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) used as a method of payment will result in dispatch of item(s) for delivery from the date it reflects in the WUSMODA bank account. You can therefore expect delivery 2-5 business days thereafter.

PayFast is used as a method of payment will result in dispatch of item(s) for delivery from the date it reflects in the WUSMODA bank account. You can therefore expect delivery 2-5 business days thereafter.

DELIVERY FAILURE

Please note that we only deliver to one delivery address per order. Rerouting delivery charges due to an incorrect or non-existent delivery address will be borne by you.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order within 1 hour after you have placed the order. Thereafter, strictly no cancellations will be allowed. Upon cancellation, you will receive a cancellation email to update you on the cancellation status.

ORDER STATUS

Your order status is reflected next to your order number.

Pending – Your order has been successfully placed
Processing – Your order is currently being processed
Cancelled – Your order has been cancelled
Complete – Your order payment has been received

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is complete, you will receive notification of dispatch accompanied by a waybill number.

You may track your order by visiting the courier guy website http://www.thecourierguy.co.za/ and selecting the “PACKAGE LOCATOR” option on the home page.

Enter the Waybill number in the space provided and select the ‘View details’ button.

Customs Clearance

WUSMODA with THECOURIERGUY are cooperatively committed to deliver your order with a high duty of care as soon as possible.

Payment Authorization

For every order made at WSUMODA, all payments are not processed until we receive confirmation that the product you have requested is available.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s), within 7 days of purchase, in original condition and packaging.

We will not entertain any items that have been used, due to hygiene purposes.

You may only exchange item(s) via the Online Store if the item(s) received by you has defects or is an incorrect delivery.

No refunds/exchanges on sale items. Please note the courier fee is not free on exchanges or refunds and a fee will be charged to the customer.
